We’ve used customer insight data and other key metrics to understand more about how we can proactively support you.
In line with our strategy, our Housing Officers and Neighbourhood Team Leaders will be spending more time working within their communities and neighbourhoods.
We’re also committed to a more sustainable future. This realignment means there our teams will spend less time travelling and produce less carbon emissions.
