Nicola has over 20 years’ experience of working as a qualified senior corporate governance professional with regulatory, compliance, planning and performance expertise. She has also been a Data Protection Officer, with expertise in data protection for over 6 years.
Her experience spans charity, regulatory, professional body and trade union services with a focus in leading project and programme delivery, facilitation of change and champion of continuous improvement, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Mark leads our customer facing services, including Housing Management, Lettings and allocations, Customer Contact teams, Leasehold and our older persons services and Extra Care.
Having worked in the housing sector for over 25 years at senior levels, leading cross functional teams, achieving success through delivering change and service improvements for customers within local, regional and national organisations. Mark has also completed an Executive Leadership programme at Henley Business School and was previously a non-executive director of Leeds Renew a charitable organisation supporting regeneration of local communities.
Danny has many years experience of senior leadership within the social housing sector, specifically focusing on Asset Management. He has a strong background in investment, development and landlords' compliance activity.
Sophie joined LHP in April 2019 and has worked in the housing sector for over 10 years in a variety of communications and marketing roles.
Having previously worked in PR and media agencies, Sophie has since gained a wealth of knowledge in change communications.
She is qualified in Lean Management, holds a PR Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Internal Communications, and is a Chartered Practitioner.
Wendy worked for Lloyds Bank for 16 years before moving into social housing.
Joining Boston Mayflower in 2003, Wendy worked as a Customer Services Assistant in the Housing Management team, becoming the Finance Administration Manager in 2012 before taking on the role of Head of Income for the newly formed Customer Accounts and Income Team.
From December 2021 Wendy is the Corporate Head of Income and Enforcement and is responsible for the collection of all rent and service charges due to LHP, and enforcement against Anti Social Behaviour (ASB). Wendy also reviews the impacts of Welfare Reform and is responsible for the Money Support Service.
Wendy has three grown up children, grandchildren and a Springer Spaniel called Glen who keeps her active.
Mark is currently our Consultant Corporate Head of Repairs. He has an experienced background in Construction and Development.
Emily was educated in Lincolnshire and has previous experience in finance and compliance.
She joined LHP in September 2018 as Risk and Assurance Manager. Emily specialises in Regulatory compliance (FCA & RSH), Governance, GDPR, Procurement and Risk management.
Emily is a regular contributor to strategy and business development plans. She enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting, and has a proven track record in procurement, project delivery, & process change.
Katie leads the day-to-day running of our Finance Team, specialising in the Financial and Operational side of the department.
The team includes Business Partnering, Transactions, Financial Accounting, and Rent and Service Charges. Katie specialises in budgeting, improvement plans, developing strategies and re-implementation projects.
Frank is an experienced ICT professional, specialising in the delivery of major transformation programmes. His previous roles include Director of ICT across three colleges in London, and Head of ICT at a Housing Association in Kent. Other sector experience include engineering, manufacturing and the NHS. As well as over 15 years of technology related experience, other strengths include strategic leadership, digital transformation, driving cultural change, delivering projects and managing customer facing services.
