Homes for older people
We have sheltered schemes in both the North and South of Lincolnshire. In this section you can find out where they are situated. We can also offer warden and telecare services, you can find out all about that in our extra help section.
Independence, choice, safety and security – we have a range of homes specifically for older people.
Our sheltered accommodation provides safe and secure self-contained homes but within a complex so you have the opportunity to enjoy your independence as you get older, be part of a community, make new friends and take part in social activities and events.
All of our schemes have 24 hour, call-monitored door entry and fire alarm, plus access to 24 hour support should you require it.
In many sheltered schemes we have guest bedrooms that relatives can stay in at a low cost.
We also have a number of one and two-bedroom bungalows and flats grouped together often around our sheltered accommodation.
Age criteria does apply. We will give you detailed information about the accommodation you can consider with your application.
