Executive Director of Customers
Mark leads our customer facing services, including Neighbourhood and Allocations, Customer Contact teams, Leasehold, our older persons’ services and Extra Care Scheme, as well as our Repairs and Maintenance teams.
Having worked in the housing sector for over 25 years at senior levels, leading cross functional teams, achieving success through delivering change and service improvements for customers within local, regional and national organisations. Mark has also completed an Executive Leadership programme at Henley Business School and was previously a non-executive director of Leeds Renew a charitable organisation supporting regeneration of local communities.
Mark is LHP’s dedicated person responsible for compliance with the consumer standards.
