Meet the Team

John has significant experience in improving our Customer First experience and developing our digital service offer along with being an ambassador of the LHP Way. John brings a strong sense of stability and consistency to the role having been with LHP since 2019 and leading on the development of the current customer service centre offer.

Danny has many years experience of senior leadership within the social housing sector, specifically focusing on Asset Management. He has a strong background in investment, development and landlords' compliance activity.

Sophie joined LHP in April 2019 and has worked in the housing sector for over 15 years and leads our HR & Wellbeing Teams.

Having previously worked in PR and media agencies, Sophie has since gained a wealth of knowledge in change communications.

She is qualified in Lean Management, holds a PR Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Internal Communications, and is a Chartered Practitioner with both the CIPR and CIPD.

Emily was educated in Lincolnshire and has previous experience in finance and compliance.

She joined LHP in September 2018 as Risk and Assurance Manager. Emily specialises in Regulatory compliance (FCA & RSH), Governance, GDPR, Procurement and Risk management.

Emily is a regular contributor to strategy and business development plans. She enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting, and has a proven track record in procurement, project delivery, & process change.

Katie leads the day-to-day running of our Finance Team, specialising in the Financial and Operational side of the department.

The team includes Business Partnering, Transactions, Financial Accounting, and Rent and Service Charges. Katie specialises in budgeting, improvement plans, developing strategies and re-implementation projects.

Frank is an experienced Data and Technology professional, specialising in the delivery of major transformation programmes. His previous roles include Director of ICT across three colleges in London, and Head of ICT at a Housing Association in Kent. Other sector experience include engineering, manufacturing and the NHS. As well as over 15 years of technology related experience, other strengths include strategic leadership, digital transformation, driving cultural change, delivering projects and managing customer facing services.

With over 12 years at LHP, Jess oversees our governance, regulatory compliance, legal services, data protection, and assurance functions. As Deputy Company Secretary, she provides expert guidance and support to our Board, Executive Team, and committees, ensuring high standards of integrity and transparency.

Ruth is responsible for driving forward our commitment to grow LHP for our existing and future customers and communities.
