Customer Meetings

We hold customer meetings throughout the year.

Throughout the year we hold in-person and virtual customer meetings. In 2025, we had meetings in February, May, September and October. We are just putting the finishing touches to the plans for 2026 and will publish details of the next meetings here once they are scheduled.

We know our customers want different ways to hear from our leadership team and ask us questions about the things that matter the most to you, so this is why we do in-person and online meetings and do them on different times and days, giving you a variety of times to choose from to share your experiences.

Each meeting follows the same format. You’ll hear from us on some issues customers have asked us questions on before the session, and then you’ll be able to ask us anything you’d like to know more about.
