Reporting a Repair if you are self-isolating because of Coronavirus

So that we can keep our staff safe, if you are self-isolating to prevent infection from spreading out from the household, and your repair is not an emergency, please can you wait until your isolation period is over to notify us.

You may have seen our communications over the last few months about our new customer portal and smartphone app – MyLHP.

The exciting news is that the portal and app will be available from next week!

This means that the way you access your LHP account for information on your tenancy and our services is changing.

We’re currently migrating our systems to the new portal, so this means you may not be able to access our online services over the next few days, whilst we launch MyLHP.

During that time, we’re advising you to contact us through Facebook or email with any account queries. Alternatively, you can call us on 0345 604 1472 and someone will be able to help.
