The transformation of a former run-down garage site in Grimsby’s East Marsh has begun. Due for completion in the summer of 2019, the 15 two-bedroom properties on land off Harlech Way and Werneth Road will be built around a central courtyard parking zone each with downstairs toilets, fitted kitchens, rear gardens and resident parking.
