    LRF – Lincolnshire Resilience Forum

    This service currently operates 7 days a week 9am-5pm

    Age UK Lincoln and South Lincolnshire

    Meals delivered to your home. Free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Lincoln. Outside of that, there is a £10 delivery charge.

    Lincolnshire Co-ops

    Lincolnshire Co-ops are pairing their food stores and pharmacies with local community groups supporting vulnerable people. They're linking each of their food stores and pharmacies to a community group which can pick up essential groceries or prescriptions and take them to isolated people in the area.

    Boston Food Bank

    With the advent of the coronavirus to our country, and the  related restrictions to our lifestyles, the Boston Foodbank will be moved to the Blenkin Memorial Hall, Wormgate, Boston, PE21 6NP until further notice. We will endeavour to continue our services during these difficult times.

    Our opening times will be as normal, i.e. Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00 noon to 2pm.  The Sutterton outlet will be open as normal.  However, drinks and snacks will not be served at either location, and visitors are asked to clean hands on arrival, and keep sensible distances between groups.

    The volunteers are still committed to providing emotional peer support to pregnant women and mums with a child under two.

    Community Recycling

    North East Lincolnshire Council has shut Immingham Community Recycling Centre (CRC or tip) until further notice as part of measures in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

    Grimsby CRC remains open but with strict limitations in place.

    • Only household waste and recycling that is usually collected at the kerbside will be accepted – that’s general household rubbish, plastic bottles, tins, cans and metal household packaging, paper and card, glass bottles and jars
    • We will not accept other rubbish and recycling (mattresses, furniture, garden waste, white goods, building material etc).
    • Up to four cars on site at a time
    • One visit per day.
