We will continue to deliver most of our services, with some changes to our support services. We put in place these changes just prior to the second national lockdown in November, so that we can continue protecting both our staff and customers.
LHP services affected under Tier 3 restrictions
Mayfields Extra Care Scheme Catering Service. The restaurant will remain closed with door-to-door meal delivery service for residents only until Monday 7 December. From Monday 7 December, the restaurant will re-open to residents, whilst maintaining social distancing. Door-to-door meal delivery will continue to be available for residents who feel more comfortable staying in their rooms and using this service
Guest rooms in our Sheltered and Extra Care Schemes are closed for overnight stays
Visitors to our Mayfields Extra Care Scheme. Visits can take by arrangement only. Residents can do this by visiting the reception at Mayfields, or by calling 07725481683 between 9am and 2pm daily.There will be a visiting pod available from Monday 7 December or alternatively we are allowing window visits
Wardens will continue their wellbeing telephone calls
Indoor communal lounges in our Sheltered and Extra Care Schemes are closed

Guidance for Wednesday 23 December – Sunday 27 December based on the government’s relaxation of restrictions for Christmas
Guest Rooms. Overnight stays will be allowed in guest rooms for both our Sheltered and Extra Care Schemes. This will be for one person only or for people from the same household

Mayfields Extra Care Scheme visitors. Residents can form an exclusive ‘Christmas bubble’ composed of people from no more than three households. Visits can take place by arrangement, adhering to social distancing guidelines and ensuring that the appropriate PPE is worn. Visits can take place either outside or in a COVID-secure visiting area. Residents can arrange a visit by contacting the reception at Mayfield’s, or by calling 07725481683 between 9am and 2pm daily
