Join our team as a Customer Member of our Operations Committee

We have a great opportunity for customers to join our team and make a real difference to our services as Customer Members of our Operations Committee.

Our Operations Committee has oversight of our customer engagement, insight, learning and scrutiny to ensure our decisions are influenced by the needs, experience, and concerns of our customers.  It provides assurance on the performance of our services to customers and maintenance and development of homes, including ensuring delivery against our strategy, performance targets and requirements.

Nicola Ebdon, Assistant Director of Governance and Regulation at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership spoke about our hopes for the role.

“We want customers to know that we’re open to their scrutiny of our work, and we want them to be able to hold us to account.

“These roles mean that the future decisions of the organisation are influenced by customer needs, experiences and concerns, and it allows us to embed a culture of continuous improvement in our approach to customer engagement.”

These exciting new opportunities for customers will support the effective engagement between our communities and LHP as an organisation and aim to aid the successful candidates’ future development.
