Get ready to help us improve our services

At LHP, we’re constantly striving to better understand our customers and their needs. In the coming days, customers will receive an invitation to participate in a short survey focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Why this is important?

The more we know about our customers, the better we can tailor our services to their individual needs.

It also helps us to identify any adjustments we can make to make our customers’ life easier when interacting with LHP, like:

  • Things we need to be aware of when visiting
  • Any special requirements that might be needed on any letters or leaflets we send
  • Adjustments we can make when calling on the phone

What to expect

The survey will be straightforward and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, depending on household size. There will be options to decline answering any questions that customers prefer not to answer.

We’re collaborating with TLF Research to gather this information securely and efficiently. Rest assured, all data will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
