Coronavirus 05 November 2020 Update for customers who are shielding

Following the government's latest advice on shielding, we are providing the following information for customers.

When you call us to book a repair, we will ask you whether anyone in the household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, part of the the NHS Track and Trace programme or if anyone in the household falls into the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable group and are shielding.

If anyone in the household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms or are part of the NHS Track and Trace programme then an engineer will be in touch with you following the end of your isolation period and will then schedule the repair with you.

If you fall into the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable category, then an engineer will be in touch with you by 8pm on Monday 7 December, following the end of lockdown and your shielding period.
