October 2025 Meeting Recap
In October 2025, we held LHP’s third set of Customer Meetings – this time with three meetings open for customers to attend. To add to our virtual meeting, we also held two in person meetings in Grimsby and Boston.
On Tuesday 16 September at 1:30pm, we held the first in-person meeting in Grimsby.
On Monday 13 October at 5:30pm, we held LHP’s third ever Virtual Customer Meeting.
On Thursday 16 October at 10:30am, we held the second in-person meeting in Boston.
We were joined by customers who asked questions on anything they wanted to know more about. The meeting was hosted by Nicola Ebdon, our Interim Deputy Chief Executive, alongside Jason Cannon, our Director of Repairs, and Charlotte Johnson, our Executive Director of Property.
These meetings focused on repairs and homes – we shared updated about the repairs and regular maintenance we deliver, and answered questions on a range of topics.
