Following our successful Virtual Customer Meetings held online in February and May, we’re returning with an improved range of ways for you to get involved.
We know our customers want different ways to hear from our leadership team and ask us questions about the things that matter the most to you, so we’re mixing things up! Alongside a third Virtual Customer Meeting, we’re adding two in-person Customer Meetings, giving you a range of ways to take part.
Following customer feedback, the next set of meetings are themed on everything that matters to you in your home – repairs and planned work. Each meeting will follow the same format. You’ll hear from us on some issues customers have asked us questions on before the session, and then you’ll be able to ask us anything you’d like to know more about.
The first meeting will take place in Grimsby, in-person.
The second meeting will take place online, via Microsoft Teams.
The third meeting will take place in Boston, in-person.

Meeting 1: Grimsby

Each meeting is open for anyone to attend. You don’t need to come with a specific question – you can just turn up and listen.
In-Person Meetings
At our in-person meetings, we’ll have tea, coffee and cakes along with colleagues you can chat with about anything. All you need to do is come along!
The meetings will have a simple format. For the first half, we’ll have a relaxed and open chat where you can grab a drink and get settled. We’ll then give a short 5 minute presentation with some key updates on what we’ve been working on lately, before getting stuck into your questions.
To help us make sure we have enough cakes for everyone, we’d appreciate it if you could register to confirm if you’d like to attend – just click the registration links above. You can also submit your questions early, or simply ask them on the day – it’s entirely up to you.
Online Meetings
At our virtual meeting, you can join online via Microsoft Teams – you’ll find all the details below. Please note, to attend our online meeting, you must register to receive your link to join the meeting on the day.
Our online meeting will have a simpler format – we’ll start with a short 5 minute presentation and then dive into your questions.
