Welcome from our Chief Executive

Thank you for your interest in becoming Chair of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership. This is an important and exciting point in LHP’s journey, and we are looking for an exceptional leader who can help us shape the next chapter for our customers, colleagues and communities.

With a new Chief Executive in post and a new corporate strategy in development, this is a moment of renewal, focus and ambition. We have a clear determination to strengthen the services we provide, improve the outcomes customers experience, and achieve the highest consumer regulatory grading of C1. Our next Chair will play a central role in helping the Board provide the leadership, assurance and constructive challenge needed to deliver on that ambition.

As we look ahead, we want to build on our strong social purpose and become an even more customer-focused, community-rooted organisation. That means listening carefully to what customers and colleagues tell us, understanding the reality of people’s experiences, and using that insight to shape decisions, improve services and respond to what matters most. It also means developing our role in places and communities, working with partners and residents to support stronger, more resilient neighbourhoods across Greater Lincolnshire.

We are seeking a Chair who shares our values, brings sound judgement and inclusive leadership, and understands the importance of good governance in delivering better outcomes for people and places.
