| What is LHP's Corporate Strategy? | It sets out the things LHP wants to achieve for our customers, homes and communities. |
| Do we not already have a Corporate Strategy? | Yes, we do. Our current Corporate Strategy is until 2027. You can see it by clicking here.
We are now developing our new Corporate Strategy from 2027-2030. |
| Why are you asking me to fill in the survey? | We want customers to help shape our priorities before the new strategy is agreed. What matters to our customers should influence what LHP focuses on over the next few years. |
| What do you want me to think about? | Think ahead to 2030. What would you like it to be like to live in an LHP home and be an LHP customer? We also want to know if you think we have missed anything important. |
| Is this asking me how happy I am with LHP now? | No. This survey is about the future and what you think LHP should aim to achieve by 2030. You can still use our usual ways of giving feedback, making a complaint or contacting us about a service you are receiving now. |
| Have you already decided what will be in the strategy? | No. We are developing it now. This survey is one of the ways customers can influence it. |
| What will happen to my answers? | We will look at the feedback from customers alongside feedback from our colleagues. It will help us decide what our priorities should be for 2027–2030. |
| Is the survey anonymous? | The form will not automatically collect details such as your name or email address. If you choose to provide personal information as part of your response, we will receive the information you provide. |
