Reflecting on One Year of our Neighbourhood Action Plans 

Our Neighbourhood Action Plans (NAPs) have now reached their first birthday!

Launched in early 2025, the plans were created to set out what matters most within each neighbourhood and how we are working alongside customers and partners to make every area a place our customers can feel proud of.

Each NAP focuses on the priorities of a specific local area, helping us to tailor our work to reflect the needs of the people who live there. There are now 11 active NAP areas across our neighbourhoods.

Over the past year, the NAPs have supported a wide range of activities and improvements, including popular skip clean-up days, monthly neighbourhood meetings, community events and valuable partnership work with local organisations.

Alongside the NAPs, we also introduced our Neighbourhood Champions role, giving local customers and residents a direct voice in shaping future improvements in their area.

As the NAPs move into their second year, we’ll be creating a dedicated space on our website so you can keep up to date with what is happening in your area, see how local priorities are progressing and follow the impact of the work over time.
