Simon Parkes

Chief Executive Officer

Simon joined as our Chief Executive in April 2026 and is focused on our customers, and helping communities to thrive.

Simon previously served at LHP as Non-Executive Director from December 2018 to December 2024, during which time he also chaired the Finance Committee and was the Senior Independent Director. He has also been a Non-Executive Director at Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust and as Chair of Finance Committee and Lay Canon at Lincoln Cathedral.

Simon has been a senior leader for many years, most recently in the university sector, where he was Interim Chief Operating at Keele university and previously at the University of Lincoln, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Vice-Chancellor, building strong connections across Lincolnshire’s communities.
