Sustainability Report 2025

We’re delighted to share our third annual Sustainability Reporting Standards (SRS) Report.

This report reflects on our six core ESG metrics, and shows we have achieved continuous improvement against the majority of criteria – highlighted by examples such as our successful energy efficiency programmes and increased community engagement activities.

We understand that transparency and accountability are crucial. We’ve adopted the industry-leading Sustainability Reporting Standards for Social Housing to show our commitment to delivering great ESG results for customers. These rigorous standards, encompassing 46 key criteria, are followed by over 100 housing associations. They provide a comprehensive framework for measuring and reporting on our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. 2025 marks our third report against these standards.
