We’ve used customer insight data and other key metrics to understand more about how we can proactively support you.
In line with our strategy, our Neighbourhood Officers and Neighbourhood & Allocation Team Leaders will be spending more time working within their communities and neighbourhoods.
We’re also committed to a more sustainable future. This realignment means there our teams will spend less time travelling and produce less carbon emissions.
