You may qualify for automatic approval for your pet, if the following conditions are met.

How many pets will you now have in your home?*
Is the animal considered to be a domestic pet?*
Is the pet a small caged mammal, caged bird, or fish tank?*
Is the animal a restricted breed or species?*
Does the property have its own entrance?*
Does the pet need to access communal areas within blocks?*
Does the property have direct access to a private or shared garden?*
Have you previously had warnings or action taken against you by LHP because of pet behaviour or actions?*
Have you been banned or are subject to ban from keeping animals?*
Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions. Your answers mean that you have permission for a pet in your home. This is subject to the terms of your tenancy agreement and our Pet Policy.
