We’re experienced in dealing with cases of nuisance. Once we have received a report it will be recorded and we will contact you quickly to gather the facts.

We’ll discuss the situation with you and advise you of the action that can be taken.

If the nuisance persists then the case may be referred to our specialist anti-social behaviour team.

They will investigate it further. Where the problem is persistent, we will work with you to build up a picture of events and will help us decide what action it is appropriate for us to take.

In more serious cases where legal action is being considered we may need to take more formal statements from you and discuss the possibility of you attending court to give evidence. We will offer you support and guidance throughout the process.
