Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest, quickest and safest way to make regular rent and other payments straight from your account. We offer the following options:

  • Weekly/Fortnightly/4 weekly – Any day Monday to Friday
  • Monthly – 1st to 28th inclusive taken over 12, 11 or 10 months
  • Annual – 15th April
  • Half yearly - 15th April and 15th October
  • Quarterly – 1st of any month

Swipe card

You can also make cash or card payments at any PayPoint or Post Office in the UK using your swipe card.

Make card payments between 08:30 and 17:30, Monday to Friday, by telephoning 0345 604 1472. Your payment will be credited to your account.

In person

You can pay at our Boston office using a debit or credit card.
