In 2019, we unveiled our 2019-2023 Corporate Plan - a document that has highlighted our corporate values and strategic priorities, which guide us in the services we deliver to you.
It is now time to start planning for refreshing that document and producing a new 2022-2027 Corporate Plan. To do that, we need the input of staff, customers, and stakeholders. We will be looking for feedback on our current services and what people would like to see from us in, so that we can shape the future of our service delivery.
Who will be asking the questions?
We have commissioned an independent research company (NA Global) to undertake a survey for us, which will gather the feedback of customers, stakeholders, key partners, as well as you – our employees.
When will this be taking place?
The survey period will run from Monday 8 March until Friday 30 April. The customer survey, which will be emailed to those customers that we have email addresses for the week commencing 8 March.
A selection of customers will also be contacted by telephone during March too. Check back here soon to complete the survey or keep an eye on your inbox for the link.
Staff will be surveyed later in March, with focus groups in April.
How can I get involved?
You can get involved by answering the survey which has been sent to customers' email addresses. (If you have not received the survey link, please click here). If you are a customer who is not on our email list, you should have received a postcard with details of how you can put yourself forward for a telephone survey. You can download that postcard by clicking here. We will be randomly selecting five customers that take part in the survey to win an Amazon gift card worth £100!
Why is this taking place?
As part of our research into putting together the 2022-2027 Corporate Plan, we’re gathering the views of those we work closest with – this includes staff, customers and key stakeholders.
Where will the final results be made available?
NA Global will analyse the feedback during May and June, before presenting a report to our Board. Once this has all been compiled, we will work on feeding the key elements into our 2022-2027 Corporate Plan, which will be made available in 2022.
