Looking to rent a home in Boston? Open day announced
Homeseekers looking for a modern one bedroom Boston apartment are invited to a special preview day on Thursday 14 June 2018.
Lincolnshire Housing Partnership – LHP – is inviting prospective tenants for a sneak peak of Pilgrim Mews – a modern complex of one bedroom and studio apartments.
Available from just £62.76 a week, the homes benefit from state of the art kitchens, modern bathroom suites and electric heating with private gardens at each of the ground floor apartments.
The new homes are suitable for single people and couples over the age of 21 and will be available at the end of July.
LHP head of customer services Deborah Tempest said: “We’re very different to the majority of landlords in that we do not request a deposit, a months’ rent in advance or a home owner guarantor, so access to our homes is financially straightforward.
“These are really lovely apartments, in a convenient location and we look forward to showing people around their potential new home.”
The apartment complex is part of a major refurbishment programme by Lincolnshire’s newest landlord - which saw the transformation of the former older person’s scheme into 43 much needed one-bedroom apartments close to local amenities.
Customers do not need to be registered with Boston Home Choice – the area’s choice based lettings system but local lettings criteria does apply.
