Located to the north of the popular village, each of the homes offers a modern kitchen, bathroom suite and private garden. With the three-bedroom properties benefiting from a detached private garage.

Increasing the supply of affordable accommodation, LHP has purchased 26 new homes at The Maples, a mix of both rental accommodation and popular shared ownership properties including:

· 10 two and three-bedroom rental houses

· 12 two and three-bedroom shared ownership homes

· 4 two-bedroom rental chalet bungalows.

LHP home ownership officer Sarah Smaller said: “Our shared ownership homes are an affordable way to get onto the property ladder and are always popular.

“In fact, the first two at this development were snapped up quickly earlier this year so I am delighted to be able to offer more.

“Seeing people move into their new home is always a great feeling.”

LHP’s popular shared ownership scheme provides an affordable option for people who are struggling to get a foot on the property ladder allowing people to buy a share of a property and pay rent on the remaining share.

Developed by local construction company Snape Properties Limited, and designed by Lincolnshire architects Palmleaf; The Maples sits in an attractive countryside location a short walk from the village centre with its host of local amenities.
