Wendy worked for Lloyds Bank for 16 years before moving into social housing.

Joining Boston Mayflower in 2003, Wendy worked as a Customer Services Assistant in the Housing Management team, becoming the Finance Administration Manager in 2012 before taking on the role of Head of Income for the newly formed Customer Accounts and Income Team.

Responsible for the collection of rent arrears, Wendy also reviews the impact of welfare reform and the delivery of the income service in light of Universal Credit.

Wendy is married with three grown up children, two grandchildren and a Springer Spaniel called Glen who keeps her active.
