Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development
Born and raised in Grimsby, Jane has worked in HR for 21 years in generalist and specialist roles in both the public and private sector.
Following university, she began her career working in Leeds and lived and worked around the Yorkshire area for four years before moving back to Grimsby in 2001 to work for North East Lincolnshire Council.
In her current role, Jane is responsible for all employment related matters including recruitment, training and development, succession planning and employee wellbeing.
Jane is the mother of two children, enjoys keeping fit and is a competitive netball player in the Grimsby and District Netball League. Her philosophy is to remain positive and be solution-orientated.
