Before coming to Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, Carole worked for just over 11 years at Halton Housing in Cheshire.  She led their Digital Transformation Strategy introducing a new housing management system, mobile working technology, a document management system and customer online services.  Carole was also instrumental in the culture change programme at Halton, introducing agile working and a new collaborative hub to replace the traditional office set-up.   

Prior to working at Halton and in housing generally, Carole worked for 17 years in the logistics and customer services world.
