As the new Chief Executive of LHP, I am excited to be leading the organisation into its next phase, as landlord dedicated to improving the lives of tenants.

LHP is an organisation with huge potential. We are built on incredibly strong foundations and have the opportunity to positively impact on the lives of thousands of people every day.

We can only deliver this if we prepare LHP for the future and make sure we have the financial strength and headroom to deliver on the challenges and the opportunities currently being presented to the social housing sector.

We’re looking for a new Executive Director of Finance and Executive Director of Property to be part of this journey.

We want to build a senior team ready to lead people through change and demonstrate the behaviours and values that make social housing such a privileged sector to work in.

When it comes to our Executive Director of Finance role, we want to be in the strongest financial position to deliver, using our platform to drive innovation in our business and fund the projects and developments that will deliver social change. Every pound we invest will be spent through the lens of our tenants and their needs.

For our Executive Director of Property role, we’re looking for someone who will ensure our existing portfolio of 12,000 homes are safe, decent, and well-maintained, while driving growth through strategic partnerships and developments. This person will also champion the implementation of sustainability principles, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, sustainable housing and vibrant communities.

This is the start of an exciting journey with a new team ready to deliver for tenants and make a difference.
